Meet the NAPE Administration

Jesse Ott
Director
Jesse Ott, Director of the County Parks and Recreation Department, brings a lifelong passion for the outdoors to his work. A daily trail user since childhood, he focuses on park management, access and youth engagement. With a degree in Organizational Leadership, Jesse leads with strategy and purpose. He serves on the AFRANA board and is president-elect of Oregon’s Counties and Outdoors Section, championing nature access and community wellness for all.

Shane Galloway
Parks Maintenance Manager
A born-and-raised Oregonian, Shane Galloway joined Benton County during the 2008 recession, transitioning from the building trades to a role with NAPE. He’s been part of the team ever since. Shane values the hands-on nature of the work, the camaraderie it brings and seeing the community enjoy local parks. Off the clock, he can be found exploring Oregon’s incredible outdoor recreation opportunities and appreciating the natural beauty of the region.

Jennifer Martin
Fairgrounds Manager
Jennifer Martin manages the Benton County Fair & Rodeo and a range of year-round community events. With a background in event management and entertainment, she brings creativity, organization and a passion for community engagement to her work. Jennifer collaborates closely with partners and volunteers to ensure each event is successful, memorable and meaningful to the community she proudly serves.
