2025 Special Use Permit

Special Use Permits are used for any of the Benton County owned and operated Parks, Natural Areas and the Courthouse grounds. They are needed for any type of event or activity held on the grounds that involves more than just the park shelters. Examples include: Weddings, any type of amplified sound and blue tooth speakers, company picnics, large events that will take up most of the park, events lasting more than one day, Disc Golf Tournaments, bounce houses, carnival rides, any research projects, class projects, and any event at the Courthouse grounds.
